30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for our web hosting services. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you may request a refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Notify us in writing: Use your Client Area to submit a request cancelation within the first 30 days of your contract.
- Exclusions: Refunds exclude setup fees, domain names, gateway charges and any overages incurred.
- Processing time: If a refund is due, we will notify you via email. Please allow up to 30 days after contract cancellation for processing.
- Follow-up: If you haven't received your refund within 30 days, please open a support ticket to address the issue.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services and products are non-refundable:
- Domain Names and related services: This includes domain renewals, registrations, grace periods, and other domain-related activities.
- Premium Services and Licenses: Premium support, Client Area balances, SEO, design services, gateway fees, and software licenses are non-refundable.
- Service Implementation: Once SEO or design services are being implemented, no refunds are available.
Specific Payment Methods.
Refunds can be requested only for the service/product listed in your invoice when using Perfect Money, Bitcoin, Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Paypal methods with gateway fees.
The gateway fee and PaysafeCard method are not refundable.
Multiple Refunds
Refunds are limited to one per service type. For example, if you request a refund for a web hosting plan within 30 days, you cannot request another refund for the same type of plan.
Dedicated Servers
Dedicated servers will be provided within 7 days after payment verification.
After 7 days of service provision, no refunds will be granted.
Customers who engage in breaches (e.g., port scanning, spoofing) while using a dedicated server are not eligible for refunds.
Verification Process
Client Verification: If you fail to provide required verification documents, a refund cannot be processed.
Process Duration: Once verification is complete, refund options may become available.d
Anti-Fraud Measures
WeGotServers actively combats fraudulent activities:
- Sign-up information: During sign-up, you may need to provide additional information for verification purposes, potentially extending the process from a few minutes to a couple of days.
- Verification methods: An automated scoring algorithm assesses your credit card, address, and IP address upon sign-up. A low score may trigger a request for proof of identity.
